Jordan FelisbretIf you’ve never heard a voice that can transition between genres at the drop of a dime, or a songwriter whose music scratches beneath the surface; with an eye on the pulse of pop culture yet rooted in his identity, Feli (adapted by his close friends, born Jordan Antonio Felisbret), is that voice. In 2011 Feli made songwriting contributions to independent releases including the single “I’ll Say Yes” on J.Newry’s self-titled EP available on iTunes and “Black Stains” featured on Andrew Floyd’s Aniticipation mixtape. Feli is currently engaged in songwriting and vocal production to local Boston gospel group Living Water, whose album is slated for release spring 2012. At 25 years of age, Jordan Felisbret is currently serving as worship team leader at his church home, Mars Hill Fellowship planted in Brookline, MA. He attributes his spiritual foundation as being cemented by being a part of this ministry which has challenged him in various aspects of life including his musical identity. Having a Christian upbringing and growing up with MTV and the internet, Feli says he has learned to reconcile both his need for honoring God and his passion for catchy hooks, melodies, and lyrics seemingly devoid of Godliness. Knowing the voice of God (John 10:27) and living to above all bring Him glory, Feli’s music is grounded in his commitment to his faith, the hope he has to impact people, and reflecting his life’s experience. |

Jamilah AllwoodI just love singing freely... Until recent years, this was just a thought in Jamilah Allwood's head. Understanding that her voice was not her's to keep and that fear was no longer a barrier, singing freely is what she presently does. Jamilah is currently a member of the Mars Hill Fellowship Church praise and worship team. She was a voice principle at Berklee College of Music and graduated with a degree in Music Production and Engineering.
